KOBEST 2025
KOBEST is an international conference on machine safety, organised by Ausys. At the 2025 edition we weren't filming just for the organiser, but for the companies exhibiting there too. Alongside the main aftermovie we filmed interviews with exhibitors and attendees, and cut separate videos for AUSYS, E.I.C. and PILZ.

The Challenge
Ausys wasn't the only one who needed video from the conference. The exhibitors wanted something of their own out of it too, so one shared aftermovie wouldn't have been enough.
Our Approach
We split the shoot into three layers: the main aftermovie, interviews with exhibitors and attendees, and separate videos for individual exhibitors to use in their own communication.
The Result
Six videos from one conference: the main aftermovie, three separate videos for AUSYS, E.I.C. and PILZ, and two vertical interview videos, one with exhibitors and one with attendees. So the organiser and the exhibitors both came away with video of their own.
