What data we process and why

• Contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional) and the message content — solely to respond to your inquiry and for follow-up communication (legal basis: pre-contractual relations under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Analytics (Google Analytics): anonymised usage data — only after your explicit consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies.

Retention

Contact form data is retained for the duration of handling your inquiry and subsequent business communication, at most 2 years from the last interaction. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (max. 14 months).

Data recipients

Data is processed via hosting and e-mail providers (Vercel, Google Firebase, SMTP provider) and — after consent — Google Analytics. We do not sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk). Send requests to info@nordlys.io.
